Halloween with Factory Obscura: October 31, 2019

For Halloween 2019, I was once again invited by Kelsey Karper to hold a guest residency during one of Factory Obscura’s most iconic nights of the year. This wasn’t just a holiday party—it was a full-scale immersive takeover of the Mix-Tape space, blending costumed performance, eerie visuals, and high-energy crowd interaction.

Being part of the Halloween lineup meant engaging with a massive, sold-out crowd of over 300 guests who came to see the art transformed for the spooky season. The energy that night was electric; I had the opportunity to showcase my work alongside a cast of incredible performers and creators.

Having my residency featured during the peak of the 2019 season allowed me to push the boundaries of my practice, ensuring my art held its own in an environment that was loud, colorful, and completely transformative.
